Isolate the recurring operational surprise. Define when a useful decision could have been made.
Make the unclear
understandable.
When production slips and the records disagree, the answer isn't another dashboard. Makoto Arc is developing a focused diagnostic to reconstruct what happened, show what the evidence supports, and identify what it cannot prove.
PRELAUNCH CONCEPT · FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION · NO CUSTOMER DATA INTAKE
01TRACE THE RECORD
Follow the history across systems and handoffs.
02TEST THE STORY
Challenge assumptions when the records disagree.
03KNOW THE LIMIT
Separate what can be demonstrated from what remains unknown.
Operational truth.Practical progress.
Clarity isn't a guess.
It's a process.
Every useful answer begins with the right question. We work with bounded historical records and refuse to smooth over the parts that don't agree.
Trace what the systems actually recorded across relevant manufacturing handoffs.
Preserve record disagreements and missing evidence, even when the answer becomes less convenient.
Deliver human-reviewed findings and validation priorities. Implementation is separate.
Not the most convenient explanation.
The one the evidence can withstand.
Look closer.
Then decide.
See how the same fictional manufacturing summary can lead to three different evidence outcomes. These are illustrative declarations, not verified source-event records or customer results.
01SUPPORTED IN THE FICTIONAL SUMMARYUseful visibility arrived too late. What can the available summary support?
Four fictional episodes are classified with exception notices arriving after a declared useful decision window. It is a process-level timing observation.
Not established: that any one employee caused the delay, or that the notice alone caused all downstream cost.
02CONTRADICTORY RECORDSTwo versions of stock disagree. What happens when sources conflict?
A fictional inventory snapshot conflicts with stock reconstructed from declared transactions. The disagreement remains visible rather than silently choosing the cleaner number.
Still needed: independent stock-state reconciliation before a stronger conclusion.
03INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCEIndividual accountability is unknown. When is “we don't know” the responsible answer?
The fictional summary cannot establish who received usable information early enough to act. A defensible diagnostic can explicitly stop short of assigning blame.
No fabricated certainty: missing records cannot establish responsibility.
Built around
better questions.
Still in development.

The evidence has
the last word.
Build the next decision on what the records can actually demonstrate.
